Tutor Qualifications

Ohio Teaching Licenses:

• Elementary Grades 1-8
• High School Mathematics Grades 7-12

Angie's Experience:

• Teacher and tutor for elementary through college, including algebra, geometry, general math, placement test preparation, GED, SAT, ACT, and GRE.
• Editor of lessons for publishers of "reform" and traditional math textbooks for grades K-12
• Writer of math test questions similar to state test items
• Member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics
• Attendee and speaker at math conferences
• Developer of math games and activities

Because of Angie's experience with BOTH elementary and high school, she knows how to prepare young students for success in higher mathematics. Angie discusses concepts and background ideas with students at a level that they will understand.
